Terms of Service

1. The service
Ruhavo audits websites across AI search visibility (AEO), technical/content SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and provides fix recommendations based on the results.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Credits & payment
Audits are run using credits, purchased one-time and charged in USD via Razorpay. Purchased credits never expire. If an audit fails to complete for any reason, the credit it used is automatically refunded to your balance. Otherwise, credits already used to run a completed audit are non-refundable. Monthly monitoring plans are not yet available for purchase — joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or charge you.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Ruhavo to attack, scrape beyond normal audit use, or overload any website, including ones you don't own. You're responsible for having the right to request an audit of any site you submit, including competitor sites used only for benchmarking within the product.
5. No guaranteed results
Audit scores, citation rates, and recommendations are advisory. We don't guarantee that implementing them will improve your search rankings, AI citation rate, or conversion rate — results depend on factors outside our control, including how AI engines and search engines behave.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the service or fraudulent payment activity.
7. Limitation of liability
Ruhavo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
